Although the fish stock in the Soca is big, fishing is not too easy: The cristal-clear water and open shores require a quiet and careful hunt as well as an exact presentation of the fly. It is recommended fishing for the marmorata early in the morning and late in the evening during rising water. You can have success with big streamers, muddler minnows or woolly buggers in subdued colors. CDC-Muster is good for fishing with dry flies . The underwater one-day nymphen flies and imitations of the bachflohkrebs are recommended. You will never forget a fishing day in the Belly boat on the Most na Soc reservoir. Each catch can bring you a very big fish such as the 25-kilogram marmorata caught in 1997.
